There are some universal treating methods, which can help you to get rid of this problem

First of all, beauty sleep. It is not a myth, this method is very real and has a rational explanation. Your skin uses the sleeping hours to heal from the damage it got during the day, so the lack of sleep may cause skin stress, which can lead to pimples and blackheads. So make sure that you have enough sleep to look fresh and rosy.

Second, you should not wash your face too often, because when you do that, skin begins to produce more oil to beat the dryness. This way it becomes greasier. So try not to wash your face more often that 2 times a day. Also try to use cold water, it is better for the skin.

When you are looking for moisturizing products, you should choose the ones that are gentle and fragrance-free, they let your skin breathe and be fresh. You should never use soap to wash your face, it makes your skin more permeable to bacteria, what, consequently, leads to acne.

Of course, one of main aspects of skin care is to eat healthy. There are some foods that can help you to improve your complexion:

    Bilberries. These berries are one of the best sources of antioxidants, and they reduce inflammation, which is one of the main reasons of acne.
    Nuts. They are a source of omega-3 fatty acids, which can help you diminish inflammation.
    Fish. Different researches proved that fish oil is able to fight inflammation. The fattiest are salmon and herring.

Moreover, you should definitely avoid such foods:

    Dairy products. Because of hormones in milk it can cause acne. The hormones stimulate oil glands, which lead to pimples.
    Flour products. Such products are often considered to be the main reason of acne.

All in all, skin care is hard work, you have to watch what you eat, watch what you are using for your face and how you are using it. But, needless to say, clear skin is definitely a worthy prize you will get.
